Our Story
Based out of Seattle, Sahver (pronounced suh-vare) was founded to provide its customers with high quality cookie dough to bake for themselves and those around them.
Ten years ago an older sister began leaving behind frozen homemade chocolate chip cookie dough for her little brother when she visited home during her college years. She often put together snacks for him after school, and wanted to make sure he’d have a little treat at the end of a school day even after she had moved out.
What started as ensuring an 11 year old child had an after school treat grew into our cookie dough company. Over time, our line has grown from The Chocolate Chip Cookie to seasonal flavors that are reminisce of childhood favorites while making them more suited to the adult palate.
Our line of cookies also pairs well with a long list of locally made/sourced teas, coffees, wines and liquors by local friends and partners of ours.
To build community, we will highlight other local vendors products from time to time to enjoy alongside our products.

As many as we can without sacrificing quality. This means we may sell out early in the month but there might be a chance to snag a bag if you sign up on the waitlist.

Yes! We will be launching our first line of seasonal flavors for Summer 2024.

We use a 3 tablespoon scoop for all our cookies - 6 cookie dough scoops per bag.
